Be Enthusiastic

Have you ever noticed someone doing the same task as you, but they’re incredibly into it while you’re not? If so, it’s worth exploring why.

Enthusiasm is a powerful force, and we were all born with it. Think about how excited children get over the simplest things. As we grow older, many lose touch with that natural enthusiasm. How can we recapture it?

Research suggests that in order for a group to adopt a new behavior, only 25% of the group need to change in order to influence and convert the rest.
